Our Saturday Chinese Class is for children ages 5 to 11 and adopts the latest Chinese teaching concepts and teaching methods. We will use textbooks and interactive games to learn the Chinese language. We will also teach students how to read and write simplified Chinese characters.

Level 1: 9:00am to 11:00am 

Level 1: 11:15am to 1:15pm 

Level 2: 9:00am to 11:00am 

Level 3: 11:15am to 1:15pm

Each class will be 2 hours long with a 10–15-minute break.
**Your child will be assessed to determine the level he or she will be placed in.
 

For students who have had little to no exposure to the language, they will start in the Introductory levels using textbook volumes 1-2. For students who have experience with the language and can understand the language they will be placed in the Elementary levels and will be using textbook volumes 3-6.

 

Each volume has 2 parts (section A and section B). The students will complete 1 section per semester. It will take 1 school year to complete the full volume of a textbook.
