About the Role
We are hiring a Lead Teacher for our 2-year-old classroom beginning with our 7-week summer program (8:15 AM–5:15 PM), continuing into the school year with an adjusted schedule.
You will lead your classroom with warmth and structure, guide an assistant teacher, and build strong partnerships with families.
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
• Create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
• Implement engaging activities and curriculum provided by the school
• Observe children closely and support individual developmental needs
• Lead your assistant teacher and maintain smooth daily routines
• Partner with families and contribute to a respectful classroom community
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or enrolled in Master’s program)
3+ years lead teaching experience
Strong understanding of toddler development
Required clearances and certifications
